I'm Luca Petruccelli, a CGI generalist and FX artist working at the intersection of simulation and storytelling. With a pipeline built around Houdini, my focus is on cinematic FX like fluid dynamics, explosions, destruction, and particle systems.

Driven by realism, scale, and narrative weight, each project is an opportunity to push boundaries, test new ideas, and question how form, motion, and atmosphere come together. I trained as an architect, and that background grounds my sense of structure and composition, but I often move beyond it — combining simulations, light studies, and abstract experimentation in search of those brief causal moments that make a scene act, when it starts to feel alive.
